I do not believe that greater attrition would affect how leadership treats remaining employees. Whoever thinks that if more people leave they will appreciate those who stay more, forgets that for them we are just a number, unfortunately.
Is there anything at all that would make, if not motivate, the leaders to value people who work here a little more?
