Working here will never get better

Forget about hoping for change. And try not to let all the foulness get to you. T has developed a very toxic culture, and morale is understandably low. We’ve reached a point where talking about it feels pointless. It will never improve. It can only get worse, because everything about the current trajectory points that way. The key is not to let it define your entire life. Always be on the lookout for other options. And most importantly, don’t let this leadership make your decisions for you.

As long as there are single people dedicated to becoming corporate robots and dead beats willing to trade their family/life for their career, there will be people who love this. And they will be cherry picked as examples to make the culture look good.
