I have seen many employees let go due to RIF in the last decade and I guess today is my turn. Humana you are right...we don't have the same values. Unlike you, I care about people and ethics...doing what is morally right.

Our VP told us recently that they expected something like ~25% to take the ERP but that only ~21% actually did, and that I think he said in our org alone, it was only ~40 people who took it off who was offered
Being left go in a RIF should not involve messaging from management about not having the same values as a reason.

@OP I am so sorry to hear that! I hope that they gave you a package. Do you care to share? Were you immediately laid off or did they give you a future date? Any info would be helpful, of course without anything that could identify you. I’m lost and not sure what to expect!
I am sorry 😞 this is hard for me to say and for anyone to hear, but things happen for the best. And this is so true for Humana at the moment.
