If you are still employed at FIS, do yourself a favor and update your resume. It’s a tough job market out there and you need a head start or at least 3-4 months. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable and do better for yourself!

3 and 4 day weekends till we fall off the cliff. Almost half my team is doing the same. Ironically we are still performing well against our quota.
Also, use up your vacation while you can! They don't pay out for unused days, and from what I'm hearing the RIFs aren't stopping any time soon.
