I want to succeed here this is my first sales job, how do I climb to the top? Are there incentives or bonuses or other recognition I can get ?

You can win several awards, Presidents Cabinet and Winners Circle and other district given awards. Better you are the farther you will get.
Real talk. Don't view Retail as your only means of existence. Have an exit strategy or a timeline. Remember, VZ leaders have short term memory. Do your best and do it quickly. Get on that leaderboard and start looking to get out into AM or Ops. If you choose R2B or B2B, also have the same mindset. The frontline VZ sales jobs are brutal but they are a way into other things and you have to think of it as is. Don't get stuck as a lifer SS or BAM. It will su-k the soul out of you and then several years will be by and you just wasted it.
Run far away while you still have self respect and dignity intact.
You don't win. You just try to survive and learn to realize whatever you do isn't enough.
For real… master your role… just wake up everyday and decide that you’re going to do the best job you can. Have a good attitude.. be reliable. Be accountable. People will call me a kiss a-s for saying it.. and those people don’t want to put in the work or blame everyone but themselves for their failure.
Yiu have 2 choices:
1) You use shady tactics to meet your goals.
2) You run away as fast as you can.
