@nz Hmmm.... Yes, I would like everyone to know my business. Your anxiety does not require me to share my choice. Also, knowing if someone is taking ERP discloses age. I have been through several RIF's, and I know that it's an emotional roller coaster. ERP, voluntary, and then 2 months wait to see if you are impacted. It's cruel, it's capitalism. Take care of yourself - Humana won't care for you. It's just capitalism, nothing personal.
