It's unfortunate we have people in this company who don't know the basics of the wireline regional territories.
Not sure the OP is keeping up with current events, but AT&T does not care about retention of customers or employees.
OP are you new here? Our goal is not to get more customers, our goal is to track everyone and make sure they are reporting to a work location daily. And finding new ways for employees to quit or get fired. Nothing else seems to matter.
