What’s the deal with Wealth Management not requiring to come into office 5 days a week in NY office.

I doubt it has anything to do with who brings in the revenue, I think it has to do with the nature of wealth management. There are financial advisors in my family - a lot of work is done on the golf course, meeting in coffee shops, etc. It's just how the business is.
Because we bring in the revenue so we can do what we want.
