When do we stop and ask our Leaders how they are doing instead of having continuous conference calls on performance. Stores are run short on reps, and also districts are down on head count for managers; so we are running heavy on acting roles. You want to ask us every day multiple times a day what we are doing, and telling us to be involved; but how are we involved when we are on call after call after call 🤷♂️. The buck is always passed down to the lowest end of the totem pole, but when does self reflection kick in. A Director is in stores once every 3 weeks, and wonders why they are underperforming. At that point you are the restaurant owner who is never there wondering why no one does what they are suppose to.

Leaders have much less stress than I do, or at least mine do. They put all the stress on the reps and wash their hands of their responsibilities.
uh oh, the flood effect is still weighing us down. Time for a word from Shady Brady?
