Commercial
In the commercial career field, we deploy commercial opportunities, build key relationships, and shape our business strategies through insights & analysis. In Budapest, the commercial career field is represented by diverse teams:
(1) providing solutions and enhancing relationships with large customers and external partners
(2) delivering high-quality support to various global business lines in Upstream
supporting all business lines around the world to meet all our contractual obligations
(3) planning, execution and optimization of storage, and movement of materials
(4) maximizing profitability from our asset portfolio and equity production in close partnership with the Business Units
(5) supporting our Trading teams, contract administration and invoice management
Finance
Finance is a strategic partner which provides value focused insights and advice to our global organization.
(1) ensuring that all transactions are properly booked and analyzed, enabling cash movement, and supporting the global management of our assets and partnerships
(2) preparing external reports/statements to enable informed decision making of shareholders and to comply with our financial and legal regulations
(3) working closely with the business lines to prepare and analyze financial and operational scenarios and to provide valuable insights and advice on complex decisions
(4) supporting the end-to-end supply chain and ensuring everything is available at the right place and at the right time
(5) providing timely and accurate pay & payroll services globally
ensuring tax services to the EAME region
(6) making sure all this work is done to the highest standards and effectiveness of our internal controls
IT
In IT, we're in the business of change. We keep ExxonMobil ahead of our competitors and ready for whatever challenge comes next. In Budapest, we have positions supporting various parts of the business. We provide consistent and scalable solutions in:
(1) providing expert consultancy, design and operations services for SAP and non-SAP applications
(2) providing end-to-end accountability and ownership of the IT solutions of Corporate Functions
(3) supporting our business lines globally through a variety of technologies such as SAP, retail payment systems including mobile, commerce, revenue management, midstream, trading and supply chain systems
(4) automating business processes, driving process optimization, and enabling collaboration and document management for the entire corporation
(5) working innovative projects with a significant complexity and business value
delivering of computing, network, storage, and other infrastructure solutions at non-Data Center sites
(6) supporting overall IT delivery by providing Service Planning and Agile Portfolio Management Office
(7) fortifying our IT infrastructure and providing a secure computing environment.
