How many in your department took the ERP? No one in mine took it. I think my department has a false sense of hope.

3 of 5 eligible on my team took ERP. With only 6 on the team, that's half who will be leaving.
Out of 14 team mates, over half got the offered including my leader. Most of them were thinking about it. Not one person has mentioned it since it was offered, so idk.
In one area everyone took it. No more department. Lol
