I will work remotely until I am laid off. I will at most come in 2 days a week. Nobone from my team is at my office location.

I am in the same boat. Sick of being asked to do more work covering for people who quit (that made a lot more money than I do). Inflation is out of control and these 2% "raises" are slaps in my face. Where does the budget go? They hire middlemen in between me and my old boss that just forward my deliverables. Such a joke. If you want busy bodies in office chairs buy some mannequins and put them in the seats.
You don't pay me enough to live within a reasonable commute to these offices in shithole cities. Everytime a report comes in they say "you werent in the office enough" I say "OK, and?" fire me or stfu I'm already covering plenty of responsibilities at a discount for you.
Hard to believe you consider yourself as a potential layoff candidate when your command of the English Language is so strong: "Nobone from my team is at my office location."
just tell manager to put on layoff list, that will come with severance.
until you're fired for insubordination and get no package, no severance. you think they're going to lay you off after they've told everyone to RTO at least 3 days a week? heh.
OP, @cch+1k2UsmLT is giving you the best advice. If you're looking to get laid off from Fiserv do not waste your time coming to the office at all.
Why not 0 days in?
