Seeing job postings at Nike while also seeing rumors of layoffs. WTH is going on there? I am guessing it's not worth applying but curious what those there think?

If you need a job you should be applying everywhere. If Nike is your "dream organization" to work for and would be walking away from a stable gig...don't do it.
Applied not too long ago. 4 month process, made it pretty far. They ended up canceling the interview due to the upcoming layoffs

Apply anyways. Then you too can complain about layoffs on this board.
