Managers - any word on what comp / title increases are looking like for year end performance reviews?

HR actually publishes this. So its not even under the carpet
Calibrations are 100% forced into a curve. Especially, grade 13+. The CHRO absolutely knows this, but "publicly" states otherwise because you never know who is recording. Leaders have no decision in the curve...it is forced from the very top.
The funny thing is they told to share how an associate was doing in check-ins... so if you are mnaging the associate, telling them what they need to get an exceeds and they are doing what you ask but then some disconnected SVP is going to decide its a meets & downgrades them because you are allowed only so many exceeds - that completely destroys trust between the manager & the associate
Yes forced ranking discussions have been held for the year
This is 100% correct:
"Calibration meetings: Where managers find out that what they put didn't matter and senior management tells them how to rate everyone."
Calibration meetings are where the SVP's and VP's re-rank your directs and then tell you what to change their ratings to. In some cases this is probably justified, you have the managers that rate all of their team far exceeds. However for the managers that work very hard at fairly rating their employees it feels like you are being forced to meet the curve. I still believe there is a forced rating distribution even though others including the CHRO say otherwise. I believe the CHRO believes that, I just think in reality the SVP's are doing something different. It could be different by BU as well. This is just my experience in my BU as a manager for over 10 years.

All I've been told so far is that I'm not allowed to tell my directs anything more than it'll be around the same time as usual, i.e. around Feb. I haven't been given any numbers yet, but the hunch I have from a couple of convos is that it won't be any better than most years... don't expect more than 2%, and don't be surprised if you don't even get that much.
Man I miss a good calibration meeting
my man is anxious for that 2% increase 😭
If you want a promotion or any type of salary increase you need to leave Fiserv.
If the past is any indication then these conversations will last into February. One year, it went so late that increases weren’t given until June.
