Chargebacks are a joke. I do my job with integrity. Just because a customer no longer finds a need for their service does not mean I should get dinged for already doing my job, and doing it correctly. Wake up Verizon.

They love us so much don't they! The benefits of getting yelled at all day, far outweigh any sort of hope I had for a great work life. But, hey, insurance is great. Mostly hate going in because it's either an overworked manager, or a customer who is forced to come into the store. We get do deal with both sides of that coin. I'm starting to see where the grit comes into play. Culture has gotten horrible at this point. Took away the credo and updated it with working for the investors. Which hasn't worked at all and has made them look very greedy. Hey everyone falls at some point right? Maybe this is just them falling and failing, just this once? Can't wait to sunset Frontier services in exchange for our FIOS. Can't wait to add more fee's to the perks. Let's do this!!!!
Honestly, Verizon is such a good company to work for that we should be paying them for the honor. I feel blessed.
