What is this? Someone told me managers are being laid off and I’m scared.

There are no managers left at Fiserv just a kissers. The good ones left a long time ago.
Not replacing them with Indian in either US or India at Fiserv is a cardinal sin.
Honestly, there are to many managers to count. Half of them have no knowledge whatsoever of groups they are managing. In most cases, you would not notice your managers departure because most do absolutely nothing
