Fiserv has done it again. Here we are againwasting time and resources on yet another tracking program. The funds that are spent on this type of nonsense is unbelievable. Meanwhile our clients continue to lose faith in us as a company. Multiple clients have expressed their low confidence in our strategy to update our infrastructure.

Ahh d-mb's org is always cycling through new time wasting policies instead of getting the amount of resources necessary to properly do our jobs. The infrastructure is archaic and the original devs are all but gone.

If you're under AD's group, which is pretty much all support, get out. That group is all about micromanagement and artificially inflated client satisfaction cases. All they do is continuously find ways to do "More" with "Less". Then all the managers play along with the idea that "this is great!" Because they dont know WTF they're doing either.

Stupidest application ever launched and that says a lot because we also used Sapience. AD loves to spend money on this d-mb cr-p instead of putting the money where it really belongs and that is hiring more US based employees and not India or Costa Rica, which is yet another brain child he came up with that is failing miserably.

It’s no secret clients are starting to grumble about our strategy and ability to deliver on it. Not hard to see why when you fire or ship out decades worth of system matter expertise in exchange for off shored inexperience. Sooner or later you have to deliver on product or your cost cutting measures collapse the business. This Leadership is incompetent.
