It's tough to stay motivated when leadership keeps chasing after the latest trends instead of focusing on what actually matters. Every few months, there's a new system or buzzword to adopt only for it to create more chaos than clarity. I just want to do my work well, not waste energy jumping through endless hoops.

The amount of sh---y coffee I must consume to stay motivated is unreal.
It would go a long way if Fiserv actually focused on something, got good at it and adequately supported it once in a while
