Nothing gets fixed by carefully crafted corporate buzzwords and empty promises - not the organizational structure, workload management, or the customer experience. It’s no surprise layoffs hit like blunt force trauma, and we end up losing good performers, and experienced, reliable people. Real, effective change takes competent, courageous leadership, and that’s exactly what we’re missing.
