Verizon wants so badly to be an AI company, but cant fix it's own systems. That paints a very dark picture for the future of this company in the next few years. Describe some of the issues you have had yourselves?

Verizon always want to "identify" as something else. That never works... "they" don't fool anyone.
Having 2+ decades at Big Red its funny how the lingo changes over time. 12+ years ago everyone was like "VZW wants to be a technology company." They started selling smart accessories and got into smart home accessories. Then came VZHub and so much other BS... then out of no where you get an email "such an such product is being sunset." Spend all the time developing stuff that would be a niche at best only to sunset in what seemed like no time. I remember when they changed the store attire and so wanted to be like Apple. They were sending Managers to other companies to "glean" what they could on why morale was so high. Companies like Zappos were reportedly employee and customer satisfaction was SO HIGH!!!! They came back with all these lame ideas that did NOTHING for morale. Its always smoke and mirrors until the product or idea is sunset!
