Verizon wants customers to know that the it continues “to invest in offering the very best experience and most value for your money in the industry.”
we will balance the equation. if the plan price goes up....customers will leave. Then if you keep bringing in offshore.....the plan prices will go up again. so customers will leave again. must keep the price for a plan low. you will loose your job now if you help an india b...ch.. you know the equation. It has existed before america was there. love the past an the future kids... we know what must be done now.
We were told that since we raised prices so much in 2024 (and got significant negative media coverage) that we'd have to hit our numbers without them in 2025. Yet here we are.

Price guarantee only applies to myplan and only covers the base plan. No add ons, taxes, surcharges, or plan discounts

How guarantees work, people that took advantage of the offer get the guarantee. Kinda the reason you took the offer so when prices increase for others... yours don't. Wow you must be slow.
