Poor leadership
Entitled, unmotivated, talentless and clueless staff
Lost China market (Nike is anti Chinese corporation in PRC)
Lost European market (because Europeans are broke)
Lost Americans market specially with young generation who sees Nike as their daddy's brand.
Lost distribution since many of their wholesalers are going and went under.
Lost independents dealer distribution and its diversity because they closed them due to their hubris and stupidity.
Move their production out of China to Vietnam and Indonesia but their price my go up a lot higher and faster than China since their population is much smaller like they did in Japan, Taiwan and Korea in long ago times.
Company is big and burecratic than other smaller nimble brands.
Economy is possibly going to be slow down for a while.

You just did what I wrote in OP. I said most staff are clueless then you should wrote something that proves my original thesis us wrong. If you don't agree with it then counter it with a writing backed with substantiating evidence. But noooooooooo. That is too difficult for you or beyond your intellectual ability.
