OMG yes get rid of Yammer. Or restrict the offshore folks from posting random music videos all day.
On more than one occasion I have seen inappropriate screen photos or previews for those videos
No way to report them either
@bs+1k1f048qa You are missing the point. The layers of management are not created for the pleasure of the managers. These roles are there to provide protection to senior leadership. When the cr-p hits the fan they can all report that they have discussed this problem with the team managers and a correction plan is in place. It's all a big smoke and mirrors operation. Believe me when I tell you that the managers have no control, they have no say in what happens, they are merely the conduit to push the cr-p through.
@OP Those layers and layers of managements, totally counterproductive! Way too many leaders, not enough workers. They artificially create management tasks for themselves to justify their position. Ineffective leadership is a key toxic culture originator, guaranteed!
The “cheerleaders” that remind us it’s national ice cream day. How bout remove yammer for a $1m saving?

and share from RH. Senior leaders laugh when I open a meeting with them. Apparently he is a protected class and gets poned around.
@a3 they could also do that but doing a RIF on these people who utilize yammer as their personal social media.
If Humana just took out a handful of the big money twerps, they could save 50 jobs for people trying to keep their kids fed.
