Last time they used the term changes to be more in line with industry standards they took the bonus away for the lowest paid workers, there is no way this will be positive news in concerns to our benefits. There is also the concern that Sagility now has onshore teams in Texas lining up to take our work.

Any time they tell you they’re going to make the benefits “competitive,” it’s their way of saying they’re scaling back. Bet on it.
@OP let's keep in mind the communication will say this is part of the "Total rewards survey," we took last year. They "heard" us and are listening. Let's boil the ocean, put a pin in it and circle back, while Jim is chilling on his yatch.
