Typical Humana. Earnings drop and retirement packages are offered to the highest earning employees. So they are left with employees with less experience, lower salaries and often poor work ethics. Now they are going to cut our benefits. This rollercoaster ride stopped being fun a long time ago. Managed care isnt managed very well.

@ax of course the thumbs down on this would be because people don’t seem to understand. The people left, not offered ERP or RIF are not the low hanging fruit. Huge assumption by the OP👎🏻
That’s a lot to unpack. While I’ve worked at Humana 8 years and love my job, I’m under the age of 50, only by a couple of years. I was t offered the ERP of course. I’m a high performer, as evidenced by my work, metrics, evaluations, and my contributions to my team and Humana. I read nothing that said they are for sure cutting our benefits, but there will be a change.
Can they decline a RIF if we decline the early retirement?
True. Working for Humana has become a bad decision and a big disappointment.
