@a4 as a low level manager, I can say I found out about ERP merely hours before the email was distributed to the rest of the company.

@a4 but the company email went out after the press release, that was my point. I do agree though, leaders should tell us, if they have advance notice.

Early retirement was annexed by leaders late last week. If your leader didn’t tell you it was coming that is on your leader, not Humana.
