I guess they’re counting on the ones they don’t lay off to walk away once the benefits are cut. Not to mention, plenty of people will leave on their own because most can’t endure this constant, stressful, toxic environment where layoffs are always hanging over our heads. I’m certain this is all by design.

I’ve been at Humana 17 years and the benefits have always been bad. We’re the guinea pigs.
OOH Wow. I never thought of it this way. I know someone who works for Guardian dental and they have amazing benefits and amazing time off work, so I was thinking maybe we would get better benefits. Maybe I'm thinking the wrong way. Yikes. Now I'm a bit more worried. ugh.
