How about inside sales actually verify if the devices are unlocked. It seems that 80% of the time, they are not. We're the ones in store getting snapped on because inside sales doesn't do their jobs properly. Then we have to help the customer for hours at times. Getting their devices unlocked. Now, 1 of our 3 reps working that day have been tied up for hours not making sales and our wait times going up, because of this.
If we think this is bad wait till the recession hits.
Lol as part of a certain org that deals with retail issues you can always tell who the slammers are. I love getting them to squirm by using the word slam in the conversation. Calling in because canceling the ispu caused issues? I apologize for the hold time as we have been Slammed by calls.
I'll never understand what anyone's incentive is to work hard for this company
There are always ways for people to scam the system. Usually, those people are found out and fired. But like the commenter said, last month we didn't even hit 90% of our quota so what did they do this month? Raise it by another 20% so we really won't hit, makes perfect sense.
@1prv+1k1BHdFI You speak the truth.
What's pcr
I've never done that or anyone in our store...but I can't blame that store for doing what it has to do. At the end of the day we need money for necessities, bills, and high priced food. Let's be real we are paid really really badly and our small commission comes with an unrealistic quota goal set up to pay us barely anything. Plus our prices went up so customers aren't as willing to buy as much. The deals are pretty good this month but we are suffering numbers for vmp and other metrics cause it's too expensive in a bad economy. People order online more because they don't want the pressure of being upsold and the company has a few sweet deals for online shoppers not offered in stores so we don't make our goals and the company profits still while not having to pay us solution specialists in commission.
