Does anyone else’s boss phone it in? Avoid getting on calls or meetings but has a lot to say via AI replies? Wastes time being a “mover and shaker” vs working with their own darn team? They take the information we email them and reply with irrelevant cr-p they produced via AI instead of true involvement, understanding our processes and getting into it ?

My team is uber efficient. Just last year we made 4 PowerPoints
I honestly think some of these AI agents given enough context can effectively replace 80% of management and DPO/Scrum roles
That’s why these people won’t get far in life. They are too dull to think you are competent nor care enough to read through their ingenuity.
