Where is he going?
Everyone loved him. Huge loss for bank.
I work in CBB risk. This is not surprising. His views have not aligned with the bank for some time now. He's a fantastic leader and will be missed.
Justin leaving speaks volumes to what we are truly dealing with in this new era.
Justin is a great boss and where ever he is going they are going to absolutely love him. A great leader and cares for his employees.

@OP I think it’s a non story. Sometimes people move on but that group has some strong leaders.
