AI will take care of the H1B workers from India. But then again, Indians think they are the technology experts, right ?
Talk is cheap. Nothing will change for the better.
H1B should be expanded to 1 million slots per year (not including 1-2 spouses).
It's the worst kind of corporatism. You fire thousands of your domestic tech people, then turn around as say "oh noes, we can't find any domestic tech talent, oh well, guess we'll import some via H1B." It's a sick joke.

It’s too late for those of us let go… H1Bs should all have been rescinded or on hold the last 5 years. No US citizen should suffer from this bait and switch garbage.
