Just did a bunch of thinktank research. It is in fact discrimination. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Goes to show half the people that post here have clearly no idea what is actually happening in the industry. Getting called crazy for the actualities of how they are doing business; I think it's great, actually. Go get educated. Trust me I'll still be here on the investor table and will be watching very closely, just try to wash it all away with the 'you are crazy' remarks. People saying fired and have no clue I'm a huge investor is just funny. Just because I have a better understanding of how this company is doing business than you do is quite a humiliating thing. I won't call you crazy though, I'll just call you uneducated. And you work there? Wow no wonder the company is failing.
As an employee I have both home and wireless and my service is still terrible. Just once I want to complete an order online accurately.
It is a fact that customers that have combined home internet and mobile service (the customers that have a combined service account) get a better tier of customer service. If you dont work here you probably didn't know this fact. Id recommend you educate your Kool aid drinking skills to also contain knowledgeable content that matters to customers.
Uh….no
this person is sick in the head. It doesn't make any sense what he post means. sounds like they got fired for missing deadlines and not producting anything at all. that is the only explaination
@OP what the heck are you talking about?
