I could really use some honest advice. I have lost confidence in my management. It feels like they're only focused on managing up, not leading and supporting the team. 100% delegation on their part. There are no real development opportunities here and visibility to external stakeholders is blocked, possibly intentionally. Major achievements go totally unnoticed. Some go as far as giving their favorite employee all the credit for the work that somebody else did. It’s hard to have faith in the leadership chain.
If anyone’s been through something similar, how did you handle it? What helped you move forward, either within the company or beyond?
