With the ever advancing and better performing competing products on the mainstreet, Fiserv's legacy product Performance seems to be a greatly visible laggard for End Users..
Inherently Fiserv is legacy built, not sure how much of Adequate Performance testing/improvements are done.. but lack of performance seems to be a highly visible item for the users rather than the product design or the service availability.
