RIFd

Is it a valid strategy to purposely fall below minimum attendance (hybrid location) to get on a RIF list?

That's a risky strategy. Don't give them an excuse to fire you.

WTF, I am ready to leave JPMC. I have to report 5 days a week 8-5 with a 30-45 minute lunch break. As soon as I get an offer from a reputable place I am out of here.

Or you have a "bad" manager who is like Dimon boy. Anyway if you are not coming into the office, the system should cancel the reservation at 9:30am local time so others have a chance.
