I guess I’ll just not schedule a meeting with my manager next time I miss my targets. Or decline the client meeting after the next outage.

Mike should have said something to the employees, even if just to reassure us. It was a missed opportunity to show strong leadership. Our stock fell off a cliff and we got crickets from leadership as if it wasn't a big deal. Seriously, who is advising these people?
