The cited 8 to 10% reflects only the net impact after outsourcing several roles. In reality, the total number of employees affected is higher. At this point, it's difficult to understand the company’s broader strategy beyond ongoing workforce reductions, particularly in the OKC and RR locations. Unfortunately, no role feels entirely secure anymore.
Over the past few years, I’ve witnessed entire departments at the RR offices being closed. In most cases, these functions are re-established in other countries. I could provide numerous examples, though I believe the pattern speaks for itself.
