I made out like a bandit. I had been promoted so not only did I get 35 weeks .. the STI tie-in when I left really boosted it up. I forget how it all broke down but it was way too much to pass up. Best decision I ever made.
The last response is correct: 2 weeks per year of service has the VZW standard for some time. If I recall correctly, it maxes out at 35 weeks of severance.
How would retail store reps get a severance ?
Standard Verizon severance is 2 weeks pay for every year of service.
