Such a poor job communicating upcoming RTO plans that even the 2 managers above me told me during hiring process that I’d be eligible to be considered outside the radius when RTO would be implemented alongside hub transition. “Gotcha!”
What no one seems to get or fight is that we were hired in other locations and now forced into hubs in large cities. This is disgusting and wrong. I never took the job to commute to downtown locations.
Says a lot how Whiny Babies self-upvoted their own post over 60 times. It was at like -35 last night.
@av Naw. I was hired as a remote worker. It’s in my offer letter and was ripped from me. I’m gonna continue to speak up against it.

“…potentially grade 17 and above going to be subject to 50 miles. Also probably 4 days a week for everyone soon.”
So you're not going to elaborate on these said requirements?
