Just a question, I'm not aware of anything happening. With the layoff packages, I think you get 4 weeks to look internal for another position. Do those 4 weeks count as time at Oracle. For example, if you vest 3 weeks after you were laid off, and then you have your 4 weeks, do you vest?

My understanding is that the chosen are still employed until September 22nd, with full benefits. I would think they have until them to find another job, but I rather doubt that any reqs are truly open
you get a 4 week pass and 1 week pay for every year you worked, up to 26 weeks
Although lately it has been 2 weeks grace period for a lot of the layoffs (no longer 30 days).
Yes it vests, if your last day fall on or after the day of Vesting.
