Instead of doubling down on what we’re good at, leadership keeps chasing distractions. The core business is slipping and no one seems to notice. It's hard to watch the company go down this road.

As a relative newcomer to AT&T it’s been astounding to see. Our Fiber is great! It should likely be cheaper to compete with cable/other providers, but it works well.
But I quietly chuckle when they constantly compare our wireless network to Verizon’s. Verizon and T-Mobile are in another league in terms of public sentiment. We’re just…here. As an option.
We keep having network outages. Our infrastructure keeps failing. Data breaches are everywhere. And outsourcing has made customer service worse than ever. Which of these issues is actually being addressed? But sure, let’s spend hundreds of millions on shares in an Israeli firm, because why not?
What are the distractions you speak of?
We may not like current leadership (especially the Stank) but current focus seems to be on track.
