I was in Legg’s Wave 3, declined to move to a hub, and my last day was in December. A lot of folks who agreed to move told me they only did so they could hit their retirement date or work the next 6 months and then leave. I think they were supposed to move to their new cities by June 30th. Just wondering how it all panned out.

I snuck up to floor 22 and died. No one has found me yet
Everyone still here. Building not going away. Leg child was clueless thinking that it was. Once the jig was up and the DEI initiative crumbled, it wasn’t as easy to obscure what was really happening. Thats why the 5 day rto mandate for the older white folk, to finish the job instead of laying off with paper trail.
Why do you care if you voluntarily quit? Get a life!
If any of Legg's direct reports or one lower had connections to St Louis, you'd have been safe. Take the new Charlotte "hub" as an example of nepotism where executives get to invent hubs based on where they want to live because of previous homes there.
I left in April as part of wave 3. They moved some call center people into 1010 and some groups legg absorbed but as of April had not been forced to relocate. Just sad how att abandoned St. Louis. I had a good run at att. I am grateful for the work and time spent there. I don’t miss it though. So much time and money lost on gimmicky training mandates, hr admin systems that are always changing, and clueless upper management. Just a sad waste of what could have been a great powerhouse of a company.
I'm on floor 17 cubicle 1704. I have my hot plate along with a few kitchen utensils and sleeping bag stashed under the desk in a few company provided boxes for the move.
I've been here since June 14th and only need to live here a few more weeks.
