Every job posted by WellsFargo is fake. They are doing that for Indian H1B and Green Card frauds.

There's one very clear way to know when senior leadership in this shithole is lying......
.... their lips are moving.

@g4 Phukin shameful, hiring a remote candidate while laying off others.
By paying off the managers and directors. It's everywhere now if you look hard enough.

@c0 This is that is happening with my team as well. We just hired an H1B that doesn't even live in (but is relocating to) a core city. They hired the person after one quick interview. They couldn't find someone looking for a job that already lived in that core city? There's a ton of people looking for jobs right now! Give me a break.
Wells Fargo sponsor my family to move from Delhi on H1B visa. I love Wells Fargo. Great company.
@dv There are rumors (just rumors) that for some H-1B leaders, the real day job is running a Consumer-grade hydrocarbon dispensing retail outlet or a quick-stop everyday goods retail outlet. Their corporate role is more of a well-compensated side hustle. Very plausible explanation to why they need a tight circle of loyal h1b countrymen in office, not just for actual work, but for full-time cover of their master.
@OP so many fake jobs? Or so many executives faking at their jobs?
@c0 - It’s so obvious, was let go 3 weeks ago… my team is now 99% H1B.
Notice that all references to agile are gone from most Wells Fargo job specs. Why? Has/Is Wells giving up the agile ghost?
This isn’t just about hiring preferences — H-1B managers are quietly restructuring orgs and teams. They’re not merely hiring their countrymen. They’re pushing out Americans, and others alike, reassigning them, sidelining them, or letting them go altogether — only to backfill the roles with handpicked H-1B hires from their own country. In many cases, senior employees with years of experience and proven contributions have been unceremoniously let go, replaced by someone who just miraculously happens to speak the same language as the h1b managers. Look around people! It's not very subtle, is it?
Fu--ing preach. Had an associate role posted internally in February. My app says still under review. 3 emails to the recruiter after screening interview plus one to the hiring manage. Not a fu--ing peep.
I see there are two PERM jobs posted, which most of the time are fake. This is from jobs.now that scrubs newspaper PERM ads.
These ask you to apply not at the career site, but to email your resume. They don't expect anyone to apply, though you can report them to the to the DOJ if they don't reply.

while there are plenty of h1b jobs which are easy to spot if you know where to look, most aren't. unfortunately there aren't as many job postings as there were in the past and as a result each one gets a lot for people applying.
You're not implying that these boy and girl scouts are unethical are you?
