Can confirm. Expect stores to be shut down after the holidays. They already closed one in Denver.
We solve so many issues in the stores that go unaccounted for on a daily basis. You see our sales numbers but we do tech support and phone troubleshooting, problem solve activation issues created in all other channels, billing, credit, port, rebate, Disney, deceased customer, trade, accessory, internet. You see us as a revenue only? We only do sim card exchanges. Laughable at what you think store only do.
So funny, Where would the customer s be directed too when the resellers say “We don’t do that here “! Wait a minute,the 3rd party customer service reps do the same thing! Thus, our needy customers will be driving around in circles if there were no corporate stores.
Doubt it, after seeing what happened with wireless advocates you can’t risk trusting indirects.
