@jf No you are right where you should be. There are two reasons i think the post is garbage. P3 is typically not 20%. Secondly, San Leandro top salary is $165k. The person would need to be very old to be making that and keep their job for long. HR targets mid point. Once you get beyond mid point you should be looking to get promoted or your increases will start to dwindle. the Range gives WF the opportunity to grow people in their roles until they grow or the role grows beyond their capabilities

I'm a SSE and making around 100k after bonus (Charlotte). Seems like maybe I'm underpaid.

No doubt WF is looking to cut. If you are a Sr SW engineer look to see WF cut anywhere they can recover. Be aware of things you don’t know. That should scare everyone

this is interesting. A Sr. SW Engineer is a P3. 185K for a Sr. Which is basically very entry level seems a bit of a stretch.

Remember San Francisco is a high pay zone and does not reflect average pay everywhere.
