At this point, I’m just waiting for the onshore team to be trimmed down to skeleton crew status. Why bother investing in people when you can just offshore everything and pretend it’s “strategic”? Guess we’re all just placeholders until the last desk is cleared. Cheers to being disposable.

Outsourcing at Fiserv seems to exist in order slow you down and get you fired... just to do it again 🤪
In 2005 a.At a major insurance company, I was closing 1,200 tickets on computers a year along with a colleague doing the same. Closed issued, resolved. But outsource to India always promised better shareholder value and fix Windows problems "cheaperfasterbetter" (one word) with just a phone call. So offshore is a game long played. The IT staff was always called deadwood - nothing new here. 3
You are now on the offshore team
But this company and other Fortune 500 companies care about America … yet 50% of roles are offshore ki-ling the US labor force. These c**k su-kers have been doing this for 20+ years.
