Culture Survey

Doesn’t look like those results will be coming at all.

I've always rated them low. Especially now, low, if i could rate zero or negative i would. I stopped giving fs and have zero fcks left. You took away flexibility, seating requirements, everyday is chaos, fcking hostile work environment. Its worse than working for Lumon, severing my brain. This destroys you psychologically.

Really? who cares? Nothing will come of it. Find another job like the rest of us are trying to do or retire already. I got the message loud and clear, they want people to leave, so I’m going to do just that. Not my problem anymore.

The multiple choice questions on this were vague enough and there are enough brown nosers at this place that I fear they will be able to spin the results as positive. I answered negatively on the questions about direction, leadership, trust, whether I would stay and the like and I skewered them in the free response but it won’t matter.

Even if they do somehow report negative results the only results will be tedious HR meetings where we are blamed and none of the real issues will change in any meaningful way.

Our VP said the results would be released the week of July 27th.

I don't know the difference between each survey because none of them matter at all. Nothing changes based on these surveys and my time is wasted filling them out. At least I can get a Big Mac out of the ones on the back of my receipt.

" Neither the OHI or the recent employee survey results will ever see the light of day. "

You are 100% correct on the OHI survey. It has been confirmed numerous times those results will not ever be shared, and it seems clear with the amount of time now passed that this is true.

You are incorrect on the recent employee survey. Those results will be shared, confirmed by an HR VP last week. Her best estimate was 2-3 weeks. It does not surprise me, as those are more slanted toward your immediate management team and the burden of creating "action plans" will be squarely on them to "fix" whatever issues raised.

Yes, if you're like me you tried to make it clear that your issues were with C Suite and not necessarily with your powerless Supervisor, and maybe you lambasted Leadership (in a professional manner) like me in the open comment at the end. But that will just basically be fun to read out loud in your team meeting where everyone can try and guess who said what.

It's not like the OHI survey, where millions were paid to McKinsey to gauge the "culture". And the feedback was so bad that they simply squashed it. And then lied about why. Great "culture", eh?

I think they need to surplus Legg and his WeWork vision. Send him to India to play his WeWork game in his center of excellence lol. Home of the script readers. You know hats better than Script Readers ? Answer, A.I. agents. Leave the real thinking to the intelligent people you surplussed so you could replace them with H1B's.

Neither the OHI or the recent employee survey results will ever see the light of day. The company was destroyed in the open ended section of the recent survey.

They timed the survey during a major reorg. Now they can blindly say all negative comments were pre-reorg and reorg has fixed that or that the comments are just now irrrelevent. It was done on purpose this way.

It's a JOKE !! Leadership is trying to foster WeWork concept even though that philosophy ended up into LOWER productivity and a party atmosphere. Look how they played out the new office space LOL .. The ripped off a design that ultimately ended in disaster, that is EXACTLY why Elon Musk was able to walk into Twitter and lay off 80% of the WeWork workforce. I get to sit back and watch this evolution go down in flames, it's just a matter of time. I can't believe that they thought someone wouldn't pick up on their version of WeWork knockoff lol... India Telecom can't invent ANYTHING new any more lol.

There is nothing stopping them from just falsifying the results to look like everything is great to further their aim of demoralizing the age 50+ undesirables.

The recent eNPS survey results will be coming in the next couple weeks.

Some don’t seem capable of understanding that this survey is different from the OHI (Occupational Health Index) aka the “Culture” survey completed in 2024. This is the one that Stankey strongly urged all management to take, promising to share the results with all, and then decided not to. Those results are not ever going to be released at this point, and VPs on up were instructed to provide some really weak answers to the “when will we see the results” questions that have been asked non stop since last year.

The eNPS survey will be the same as always. They will instruct the L2 AD’s and Directors to come up with action plans to address anything negative. Same old sh--e.

Sure they will. John will look at results and decide we aren't sharing them broadlly. He will then tell his team they all need to do better and fix this place. Not his fault. Then they'll all fumble in messaging correctly across their teams. One leader will say this, other leader says that. Then the SVP and VP ranks feel like they must do a meeting on it and sc--w it up even more. Phase 1 complete!

And then the real fun starts. Each leader will bad mouth their peer to some folks thinking it won't get out. It always does but they still do it. Culture will su-k more and more.

Thnk I have this correct but await others comments.
