Got one delivered today. Strange since I am not a new employee to get one mid-year. Anyone else? Is this indicative of being a layoff target?

every employees with 401k will get the mail. will they be laid off? who knows?
Normal activity. They are required to send that to all 401K participants once a year. But I thought normally they send an electronic version.
This was posted on Fuel and yet they waste time and money to mail out a useless notice.
I got the same mailing -- I am a former employee a few months into Cobra. Pretty sure not related to an upcoming layoff.
