I volunteered to be laid off, but they’ve not laid me off yet. It’s impossible to be proud of this company.
@zf OMG, what of your benefits from the past 30 years? Do you get anything from Fiserv for that? Did they at least retire you?
There will be some coming up with the micromanagement effort. Only one reason for it

Apparently ESL folks are safe.
it’s now 10% reduction per year for most groups. big ai push. senior leaders have that target to get their bonus. if your in any customer facing roles polish that resume.
cuts will continue so don’t be surprised
India too as it’s 50% less costa to move your job there
