Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

ATT Leadership so disconnected from Operations

And the marketplace. They keep poor performers and lay off the producers and then hire consultants to tell them they are doing just fine. Ever wonder why surveys never reveal the actual data from employees? Nothing but ladder climbers at the top of ATT, they never accomplished much of anything. No insights, no strategy, can't compete...all smoke mirrors and lots of PowerPoints

"The company is doing good and you. can't stand it."

If you started buying T stock in 2012 before the T Mobil fiasco you would still be in the red.

What are you talking about? I have been around a long times. Leadership priorities and objectives have never been more clear than they have been the last few years. It’s a lot of employees who don’t like the changes T has made who continue to be in denial and disconnected. Hey on board or see the door.

Exactly. Never, ever call them "leaders." Not for any company. They're just bad managers. Eliminate the word "leader" from your vocabulary when speaking about people in your office. Such ego to call yourself a leader.
